1. 적용 범위

이 방침은 당구 훈수의 Android 앱, Windows 앱 및 이 개인정보처리방침 페이지에 적용됩니다. Android 정식 앱은 Google Play를 통한 이용권 구매와 서버의 구매 검증·잔여 횟수·사용 기록 관리를 제공합니다. 개인 시험판은 별도이며 실제 구매를 제공하지 않습니다.

2. 기기에서 처리하는 정보

공 배치, 당구대 규격, 언어 설정 및 경로 계산은 기기에서 처리합니다. 별도의 회원가입을 요구하지 않으며 앱이 이름, 전화번호, 연락처 목록, 위치 또는 사진을 수집하는 기능은 제공하지 않습니다. 공 배치와 설정은 기기 저장소에 남을 수 있으며 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 브라우저의 사이트 데이터 삭제로 지울 수 있습니다.

3. 이용권 식별값과 백업

Android의 이용권 기능은 무작위 식별값을 기기에 저장하고 Google Block Store 및 Android 백업을 통해 복원할 수 있도록 설계되어 있습니다. 백업 여부는 기능 실행 여부와 기기의 Google 백업 설정에 따라 달라집니다. 백업은 Google의 서비스 및 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다. 기기를 변경하거나 앱을 삭제하면 복원이 보장되지 않습니다.

구매 검증과 환불 반영, 잔여 이용권 관리 및 중복 차감 방지를 위해 무작위 이용자 식별값을 서버에 전송하여 해시로 관리하며, 구매 토큰·주문 정보, 이용권 잔여 횟수, 배치 해시, 추천 번호·게임 종류 및 처리 시각을 서버에서 처리합니다. 실제 공 좌표나 경로 계산 결과는 서버에 전송하지 않습니다. 주문 금액과 환불 상태는 Google Play API에서 조회하여 운영자의 비공개 재무 집계에 사용합니다. 카드 번호 등 결제 수단 정보는 Google Play에서 처리하며 운영자가 직접 받지 않습니다.

4. 보관 및 삭제 요청

이용권에는 유효기간이 없으므로 잔여 횟수와 중복 차감 방지에 필요한 식별·구매·사용 기록은 이용권 서비스 제공 기간 동안 보관합니다. 자동 회원 탈퇴 기능은 없으며 아래 이메일로 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 삭제 시 잔여 이용권 및 재조회 이력의 복구가 어려울 수 있으므로 처리 전에 안내합니다. 법령상 보관 의무나 미해결 환불·분쟁이 있는 기록은 해당 사유가 해소될 때까지 필요한 범위에서 보관합니다. 서버 장애 복구를 위한 비공개 백업에도 기록이 포함될 수 있습니다.

이메일로 문의하시면 회신 주소와 직접 보내주신 내용을 문의 응대, 오류 확인 및 요청 처리 목적으로 사용합니다. 불필요한 신분증, 비밀번호 또는 카드 정보를 보내지 마십시오. 문의 정보는 요청 처리와 관련 분쟁 대응에 필요한 동안 보관하며, 필요가 없어진 정보는 삭제합니다. 법령상 보관 의무가 있는 정보는 해당 의무가 끝날 때까지 별도로 보관할 수 있습니다.

열람, 정정, 삭제 또는 처리 정지를 원하시면 ccolaju@gmail.com으로 요청해 주십시오. 필요한 최소한의 정보로 본인 또는 요청 권한을 확인한 뒤 처리 결과를 안내합니다. 기기 안의 데이터는 앱 데이터 삭제로 직접 지울 수 있습니다. Google 계정의 백업 및 결제 기록은 Google의 설정과 요청 절차를 이용해야 합니다.

5. 웹페이지 및 외부 서비스

앱의 이용권 서버와 이 페이지는 대한민국 서울 지역의 Amazon Web Services 서버에서 제공합니다. 구매 토큰은 구매 확인을 위해 Google Play에 전달되며 백업 식별값은 Google Block Store에서 처리합니다. 결제·백업 정보가 Google에 의해 처리되는 국가와 보관 방식에는 Google의 방침이 적용됩니다. 앱의 서버 통신은 HTTPS로 암호화합니다. 페이지를 요청할 때 IP 주소 등 통신 정보가 전송됩니다. 일반 접속 기록은 저장하지 않도록 설정되어 있으나 오류가 발생하면 보안·장애 대응용 오류 기록에 접속 정보가 포함될 수 있습니다. 오류 로그는 매일 순환하고 최대 14개 순환 파일을 보관하는 설정을 사용합니다. 이 페이지는 광고·분석 추적기나 쿠키를 사용하지 않습니다.

이메일 문의는 Gmail을 통해 처리됩니다. Google의 백업·결제·이메일 서비스 이용 과정에서 Google이 정보를 처리하는 방식은 Google 개인정보처리방침에서 확인하실 수 있습니다. 앱에서 외부 사이트를 열면 해당 사이트의 방침이 적용됩니다.

6. 변경 안내

처리 항목이나 서비스가 변경되면 이 페이지의 시행일과 내용을 갱신합니다. 개인정보 처리에 중요한 변경이 있는 경우 앱 또는 서비스 공지로 안내합니다.

1. Scope and current service

This policy covers Billiard Coach for Android and Windows and this privacy page. The standard Android app provides Google Play credit purchases and server-side purchase verification, credit balances and usage records. The separate personal test app does not provide actual purchases.

2. On-device information

Ball placement, table settings, language settings and route calculations are processed on your device. The app does not require account registration and provides no feature to collect names, phone numbers, address books, location or photos. Layouts and settings may remain in device storage until you clear the app data or browser site data.

3. Credit identity and backup

The Android credit feature is designed to store a random identifier on the device and support restoration through Google Block Store and Android backup. Whether backup occurs depends on feature use and Google backup settings. Google processes backup data under its own policy. Restoration after changing devices or reinstalling is not guaranteed.

The app sends a random user identifier to our server, which stores a derived hash, and processes purchase tokens, order information, remaining credits, layout hashes, recommendation numbers, game modes and timestamps for purchase verification, refund handling, credit management and prevention of duplicate deductions. Actual ball coordinates and calculated routes are not sent to the server. Order amounts and refund status are retrieved from Google Play APIs for private operational financial summaries. Google Play handles payment credentials; the operator does not receive card numbers.

4. Retention, support and privacy requests

Credits have no expiry. Identity, purchase and usage records needed to maintain balances and prevent repeated deductions are retained for the duration of the credit service. There is no automatic account deletion feature; deletion can be requested by email below. We explain the impact before processing deletion because remaining credits and prior-view history may become unrecoverable. Records required by law or needed for unresolved refunds or disputes are retained to the extent necessary until that requirement ends. Private disaster-recovery backups may also contain records.

If you contact us by email, we use your reply address and the information you provide to respond, investigate issues and resolve your request. Do not send unnecessary identity documents, passwords or card information. Support correspondence is retained while needed to resolve the request or associated disputes, then deleted when no longer needed. Records subject to a legal retention duty may be kept separately until that duty ends.

To request access, correction, deletion or restriction, email ccolaju@gmail.com. We will verify your authority using the minimum necessary information and explain the outcome. You can delete local data by clearing app data. Google account backups and payment records must be managed through Google's settings and request procedures.

5. Website and service providers

The credit server and this page are hosted on Amazon Web Services in Seoul, Republic of Korea. Purchase tokens are sent to Google Play for verification, and backup identifiers are processed by Google Block Store. Google applies its own policy regarding the locations and retention of its payment and backup processing. App-to-server communication is encrypted with HTTPS. Requests transmit connection information such as an IP address. Routine access logging is disabled, but error logs may include connection information for security and troubleshooting. Error logs rotate daily with up to 14 rotated files. This page uses no advertising or analytics trackers or cookies.

Support email is handled through Gmail. Google's processing of backup, payment and email information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. External sites opened from the app apply their own policies.

6. Updates

We update this page and its effective date when processing or services change. Material changes will also be announced through the app or service notices.
